i found the location peaceful but also so close to lively streets it was the perfect balance. my room was very clean and spacious which i appreciated a lot plus the cleaners were excellent. breakfast service was fantastic with plenty of options and attentive staff i cannot wait to return

the hotel provides reliable wi-fi throughout the building ensuring seamless connectivity for both work and leisure and the staff are always available to assist with any queries or requests i found it very helpful. the concierge service is available around the clock which adds a lot of convenience.

the hotel is near a tram station offering easy access to the city center areas it is so convenient. you will find several restaurants and shops within walking distance i really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. the surrounding area felt safe and cute at night.

my room included teas coffees a kettle and a nespresso machine which i thought was such a nice touch. the bathroom had all the essential toiletries plus fresh towels were provided daily. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard too.

I found the staff very friendly. they helped store my luggage before check-in. there was even a microwave at reception. I could heat leftovers. the room was clean.. i really liked it.
the breakfast did not offer enough options for my taste. asking for extra coffee was met with a no.

crowded breakfast areaworn furniture
The breakfast area was quite small. staff did not seem to refill the buffet items promptly, so certain things ran out quickly. the room itself felt dated and worn. The furniture showed significant wear and tear. it needed some refurbishment..
